He has also worked with Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) in Sales and Marketing becoming National Sales Manager and with TTK Prestige as Product Manager. Prior to his MBA, he has worked in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Bangalore as Engineer in Jaguar Aircraft Project.

Vasanth was recognized amongst the "TOP 100 Retail Icons over the past 25 years" and by IMAGES in 2019. He has also been awarded "Retail Professional of the year" by CMAI in 2015 for his contribution to the outstanding growth of Max Fashion India and also received the "Retail Leadership" award at Indian Retail Congress in April 2016.

Using all his experience Surya had helped infuse a paradigm change at the N S Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning at IIM Bangalore that includes a business incubator and a seed fund between 2009 and 2011. Nitin Chopra

Nitin brings over 34 years of experience of which 26 years have been spent working in the financial services industry. He has been instrumental in the introduction of several 'firsts' in the Indian retail banking industry, including '365 extended banking' & 'doorstep banking'.

Nitin was an integral part of the core team leading transformation at RBL Bank and responsible for expanding the bank's footprint across the country.
